Everyone on the team speaks for 30 seconds, whenever it suits them. In the morning, everyone gets a summary of what happened. The daily meeting is no longer needed.

Most teams don't really know what's happening around them. They compensate with meetings no one wants, chats no one reads, reports no one writes. Brefi does something different: it asks each person to speak for 30 seconds about their day, and then it's done.
